- We make an exchange of the goods within 6 months. If within 6 months there was a loss of strasses or crystals we undertake to exchange the goods.
- The exchange and return of the goods is carried out in case of industrial defect of a product and if the goods were damaged in the course of transportation (in this case the postage is paid by the customer).
Pretensions are accepted only at a photo presentation where actual defect or a damage is distinctly visible.
