  • The exchange of the goods is available within 6 months. If there was a loss of strasses or crystals we undertake to exchange the goods.
  •  The exchange and return of the goods is carried out in case of industrial defect of a product and if the goods were damaged in the course of transportation (in this case the postage is paid by the customer).

Pretensions are accepted only at a photo presentation where actual defect or a damage is distinctly visible.

The goods are exchanged to the similar or the same ones.
If the necessary goods are not in stock we return the cost of the goods without the account of post costs ( only goods cost). We can also consider goods cost at your following purchase.
